Response time

We reply to every message, usually within two business days. Subscribers and lifetime unlock holders get priority.

Before you write

If you're reporting a bug, a note with your macOS version, your Mac model, and the file type you were working with makes our lives easier (and your fix faster).

Refunds and billing

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com. We're happy to help you navigate the process.

This form opens your default mail client with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent through a server, consistent with our no-data-collection policy.
